TriVita Quick Start Action Guide
Your TRIVITA Leadership has designed this “Quick Start Plan” for you if you are considering becoming a TriVita Affiliate Member or already are a new Affiliate Member and would like to build your business as quickly as possible. This plan is the first of three plans that will walk you through the steps of building your business with a solid foundation - setting you on the path to the all important Director level status with TriVita. The plans are; A. Quick Start Plan What follows is the basic Quick Start Plan, (with hints included as to what will happen as you advance into either of the other two). Even if you are already involved in either the Three Star AM Plan or the Dash to Director Plan, you STILL need to study and utilize the points that follow. This will help you build a strong foundation for your long term successful career with TriVita. Please follow the steps in the “Quick Start Plan” exactly as written as it has been carefully constructed to assist you in moving forward with your personal TriVita career. Step #1. Enroll as a TriVita Affiliate member. This can be done two ways. Call TriVita affiliate members services at 1-800-874-8482. Or let your TriVita Team Leader know you desire to enroll and he or she will walk you through the process online. While there set up your auto ship to become “Share and Earn Qualified”. Step #2. After you have enrolled go into your new TriVita “Back Office” using your member ID # and click on the “LEARN” tab. From the drop down menu select “Back Office Tour”. This automated tour will take about 12 minutes to watch and is very important to understanding your new business. Step #3. After your back office tour look at the “Sharing Tools” tab. From the drop down menu select “Video Library” and take the time to view the numerous professionally prepared videos available. Later, these videos can be e-mailed to anyone you wish to introduce to TriVita - either as a customer or a business. Get familiar with all of these videos as watching them gives you training and knowledge of the company, products and business opportunity. Step #4. While in your back office move to the “Learn” tab and from the drop down menu select “Share and Earn Program” and review the information on this TriVita supported option. This is an important section, so study thoroughly. When finished look at the bottom right corner of the page. There is an imbedded Power Point Presentation that you can download. Make sure to do this so you will have it to send to anyone you introduce to the Nopalea Wellness Challenge. Step #5. Again, in your back office move to the “Media” tab and from the drop menu choose “Co-Op Reservation”. This is where you will learn how to purchase Nopalea infomercial customers from TriVita and launch your business. It is strongly recommended that you do this step with your TriVita Leader or TriVita Affiliate Member Services so you can be walked through it correctly. You can talk to the people at TriVita at any time by simply calling 800-Tri-Vita. You will find the service people who answer the phone very helpful and friendly. (They are in Arizona - not China - and speak English!) There will be a short training quiz where you will need to answer a few basic questions regarding the proper use of Nopalea Media Bundles. The questions are logical. But if you are concerned about your answers, we have the “suggested” answers available. So don’t worry here! Complete the training and you will now be cleared by TriVita to use this component of the business. Step #6. After completing the Nopalea Media Bundle training it will be time to start growing your new business. The easiest, quickest way to do this is to buy Media Bundles. You can do this at any pace that is good for you and your budget. Each bundle costs $240.00 and contains three (3) customers. These are product buying customers who are yours forever and their continued purchases are commissionable to you! Your new customers will show up in your back office within a few days and you will be able to see them and their contact information by going to the “Sales” tab and selecting “Group List” from the drop down menu. At this point there are several different ways you can proceed, depending on your desires, your financial situation, and other factors. Some suggestions to help you decide: 1. Analyze my 80/20 paper written to show how a Director could go potentially to an income of over $20,000.00 per month within three years. Regardless,you want to get to at least four media bundles soon. You can purchase all four bundles at once or stair step yourself into it as each bundle costs $240. It is important to get to four bundles quickly because that is the essence of the “Quick Start Plan”! You start receiving commissions the next month after you add customers and can add more customers anytime. You are in control! Step #7. As you grow in your personal knowledge and understanding of the TriVita business model you will discover just how valuable the “Communications Center” is to your success. The Communications Center is located on your home page at the top left hand corner, just click on the icon and you will be brought into this tremendous educational tool. Inside are many TriVita corporate promotions and helpful Leadership coaching including training conference calls and webinars where you can learn from very successful TriVita members including Presidential Directors. This is available to you 24/7. Make time to “work” and learn from the very best people TriVita has to offer! Step #8. Congratulations! You have now become a TriVita Affiliate Member, gone through some basic business training, become “Share and Earn Qualified”, added 12 paying customers to your own business and become generally functional on how to work in the TriVita system. Your next step is to work closely with your TriVita Leader as he or she is vested in helping you succeed. Another important action is to consistently “work” in your back office as there is a world of assistance and tools available to you there. Commit to becoming highly functional in your back office as this is where you will find a large mix of education, training and business building content. Commit at least one hour per week to “work” in your back office. When you have completed all eight (8) steps of this Quick Start Plan take the time to discuss the next plan with your TriVita Leader – the Three Star AM Plan. This is the next step that helps you move from basic affiliate member up to Three Star Affiliate Member, a significant accomplishment. Your TriVita Leader will send you the plan to read and go into the details with you. You will be pleasantly surprised on how close you already are to engaging the next step in the growth of your personal TriVita career. Remember, the TriVita busines model is a TEAM business. You only grow as you help your people grow. Your upline is naturally wanting to help YOU grow. Therefore, never hesitate to contact your sponsor or other upline person. (In your back office at the top right of the page shortly below your name you will see a button "Upline Support". Click on that.
