Role:-

This is an implementation project, where my contribution involves the development activities.

Description:

ü  Developing user specific layouts for various important documents in SAP script and also write print programs for it.

ü  Developing new applications/modules for business procedure not covered in the standard SAP functionality. Developing various reports and queries according to user requirements. Modifying already developed reports - making them more users friendly. Providing various reports to management as and when required which helps them in decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Reports: 

ü  Developed user defined data dictionary objects like data elements, domains etc…

ü  Uploaded data to vendor master through batch input method.

ü  Developed a report, which displays the sales order details for all customers.

ü  Created an interactive report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection, the corresponding vendor bank details are listed such that the lines selected in the basic list were displayed in the secondary list.

ü  Developed report to find out total of net purchase order values for a particular       vendor using select-options Date, Vendor, Plant, and Company Code. 

ü  Developed an Interactive Report for displaying vendor information, based on the selection.

ü  Developed a Report that lists the gross, credit returns and gross weight for the customer for the current year and comparing with the same with that of the previous year of the same period.

BDC:-

ü  Uploaded data to change Material Master, BDC for Vendor Master Creation,

ü  BDC for Customer Master Creation.

ü  Worked on a BDC program to upload sales order details from legacy system to SAP R/3 Database.

ü  Developed a Batch Input Program to upload Customer Master Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database

SCRIPTS:

Modified standard layout set as per client requirements for order conformation based on RVORDER01

 SMART FORMS:

ü  Amount for that particular Purchase order Number and develop the barcode for that total purchase.

ü  Developed a smart form for invoice.

ü Develop a smart form for uploading logo, display the total items from particular vendor for given purchase order number, calculate the total purchase amount and item amount.
