I am the one who cries for unity of God's people.I am the Evangelist who prays for oneness.I trained in Evangelism,discipleship and Christian leadership in 2001-2002,and I hold a certificate.That is all I hold in this field,the rest is what God has given me.He is always with us all.He wants to use us if we are willing.he does not look on age,qualification or size.He even can use stones!
I am a business man who strives to earn a living to impact the world!In business,I only trained with Uganda Investiment Authority recently in 2009 in Interpreneurship and business Management.Thanks for the Governments of Uganda and Ireland who planned this training.

PERSONAL LIFE
Born on 9th October 1984 in Kabale,Uganda to Mr and Mrs Erastus and Peninah Turyabe Kayonde
Went to primary school and passed through academically well(1992-1999)
Went to secondary School from 2000-2005,at Kabale Trinity College and Kigezi High School for O' and A' levels respectively
In 2001;faced the most challenging situations that changed my life and caused me to start my journey of trusting in the heavenly father as my source of everything I need;the one I can rely on.I had School fees problems,My belongings at home were stolen and My mother was unable to help.She was so block with the whole family on her head( My father never and doesn't care to this day!)
Since then;I am more than able;for I know I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.This has been my motto ever since and i surely know I can do mighty exploits.Nothing will stop me;If Christ is by my side;because in him I am more than a winner!Nothing is impossible with him.
YOU CAN ALSO GIVE IT ALL TO HIM,HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO EVERYTHING YOU CANNOT DO,HE IS THE ALPHA AND OMEGA,THE BEGINNING AND THE END.THERE IS NO OTHER SO STRONG AS HE IS!
The drive behind me is wishing to take my self higher,which I got after my father refused to pay for me school fees while I was stile a child,in P.3
By 2001,while in S.2 and started selling Exam cards to "earn a living",where I wanted to buy my self books, buy clothes and buy break tea at school,like other students from well to do families.I believed that i can also be like others...while in public( the school), buy having some money( not stolen money!...but the one I make for my self). Ever since then,I have always worked hard to provide for my self what my father would have given me but cannot.By then he was able but not willing,now He is almost unable because he has drunk almost himself!...alcohol and himself are a great partner.He thinks of nothing else....But,I still respect him; even as he never cared for us.
I have consequently helped many people a long the way,to become self reliant,or to have where to lay their heads,boys,girls men and women...older or younger than me.
I am generous;I always share even the least I have with the needy;because be sure that there are more needy than I am here!
I am a leader,heading many groups small and big.I usually call my self a youths' leader.
I am so interactive;I interact with everyone,young or old,rich or poor as long as I am given chance.
I am an evangelist;a preacher of the good news of My Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.
I thank Him for Choosing me;I will stand always for him!
SPIRITUALLY
I accepted the Lord as my personal Savior on 28th Dec. 1999.
I was back at home in All Saints’ Church Kabale, Kigezi Region in South western Uganda.Tears rolled down,I did not know what to say,But I confessed Christ as my Lord.That Marked the beginning of my journey,which I am determined to walk all the way!!!You needed to be there and see the fifteen year Old Stuart!
This was the start of my seriousness;To know God.I ever since served in various ministries.In 2001-2002;I studied a course in Evangelism,Discipleship and Christian leadership.I also got a blessing from God of The Piano lessons;right from the Holy spirit!(None can tell how I learnt the Piano,which I have now served in in various churches and ministries;leading me to the starting of TINFS(The Interdenominational Network For The Saviour) Care Worship band.
TINFS REMAINS A VERY BIG Ministry and network,I am believing that God will help everyone in the world to know that we are one;our origin is one and our destiny should also be one...to heaven.Therefore we can lead the lives that our Lord God wants as to live-A purpose driven life.I hope God will let it become real and All people shall believe that The Savior died for all of us;and paid the price fully,All we need is to believe!
I believe That heaven is real;we shall be there! I know That all things are God’s;and so are we;who live here on earth!The universe is centered on neither the earth nor the sun.It is centered on God.We there for need to live as he wants us always!
Christ Is the only Savior God prepared for us;so we need to trust him fully because every other alternative Savior retires early!

SOCIALLY
I like making friends and keeping them.I have be-friended people of different ages;and different social status.people from far and near.you just need to be near me and you see how God makes us friends!
It is not because may be i am so attractive;But there is what God has made me.I really have a heart for the people;after all we are here for each other.
This has left me very hard to understand;because many people don't love this way.-LOVING YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOUR SELF!
I also try;because I know it is the ideal.It is what God wants.This explains why I live a life of sharing.
I share anything;ranging from mere word encouragements to any materials I possess.It is always hard for me to Just go away when i know I could do more than just that.The glory goes back to God for those people I have ever helped and I know I am just starting! I won't stop to do that because it is what God created me.
I Then wish to say;I thank God for those who have ever shared with me anything because they facilitated me to be all I am.
Mean while I love fun!!!LOL!!
I love doing things that make people laugh and I like laughing too.As long as the fun keeps me with my Lord!
I also watch videos;but not a lot of foot ball.Actually I am not a fun of any F.C!
Singing is my hobby;on that Piano.

ABOUT MY LEADERSHIP GROWTH AND CAREERS:
I am the first born of our family; and was born on Uganda's independence day.
I have grown as a very motivated hard working young man to the extent that I already feel very tired at 24!
But i have to keep on;no matter what.I believe I have to exploit all the potential in me and the gifts God endowed in me.
In primary School;I was a time keeper in P.3 to P.5 at Kijuguta Primary School;from where I became a head boy in P.6,1998.
In Secondary School I studied from Trinity College Kabale, I was more of a Christian leader than a a secular one God seeing me through The vice chair Person Scripture union in S.2-S.3,Vice Chair person chapel committee S.4
I was an advisor to many Christian groups at school and I was a Youths secretary at Church;from where I served as Chair man for a year. (years 2000-2003)
I also Served as The assistant hostel leader in 2003 at School.
I went to Kigezi High school; (S.5-S.6) in 2004-2005) where I served as
A head monitor in Charge of furniture LOL!!!; a chair person Chapel committee, a Drama leader for scripture Union and a member of several clubs.
In 2006,I taught at Brethren College Kiryagonja,In Matuga,Wakiso,nearest Kampala..I taught A' level physics and mathematics;as well as biology,mathematics and Physics for O'
Level. I was looking for survival;however i was a good untrained teacher.
I interacted so well with the the students producing the best results after several years the school failing to produce good grades.
I moved back to school,to Mulago occupational therapy school:Paramedical campus.
here I have served as a Co-Founder of Banyakigezi-Mulago Health students Association (www.bamuhesa.ning.com) the association for which I became the first elected speaker and the Second elected President after serving so well as speaker.
I have also served as a Member of Parliament for Gadaffi Hostels,paramedical campus guild;which house elected me for Clerk to Parliament.
I have also been an active member of several associations,including Uganda Occupational therapy students Association.
I look forward for bigger things.
I have been hardworking at school, and in many small and big local and international businesses. I believe that there is what I can do.

ABOUT MY MINISTRY
I have been called to serve in an Interdenominational Network For the Saviour(TINFS),of which I am the Founder. TINFS-CARE is a group of men and women of God who believe in the divine word of God and work to use the truth to change lives of people and to ‘make’ the world a better place. The word of God is all we need to live better lives and to change the world for the better. The message of the bible is timeless, personal to everyone and powerful ever because it comes from God, the Creator of all things! Millions have discovered that the bible speaks to their deepest needs and people from all over the world turn to God’s word daily for words of comfort, encouragement, hope, inspiration and guidance. There in the word, they find satisfying answers to life’s most perplexing questions and difficult problems. We do not just cater for the spiritual well being of man, but also for physical, psychosocial needs; for man is made up of Body soul and Spirit. In this respect, we intend to serve the world to make help individuals who lack, to develop meaning into their lives, by working with all of us. All of us matter! TINFS-CARE was started in January 2007 by Naturinda Innocent Stuart a student of Occupational Therapy in Mulago, Kampala Uganda by then and a Christian. He started it to cater for people’s physical needs, mainly promoting health and wellness. Due to his Christian orientation, and having joined the online community by mid 2007, he decided to sum up his ideas together into one holistic and full component that can satisfy all human needs (physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs). As of Now,after sharing the vision with more people;We are Registering an organization,called The Interdenominational Network For the Saviour (TINFS) "Christian Networkers" with the government of Uganda;with the objectives listed below;
VISION
To develop a community of people that live holistic purposed and peaceful lives
MISSION STATEMENT:
Emphasizing bible truths that lead people to God's Kingdom while helping all people to live purposed, peaceful and meaningful lives while still here on earth
GOAL
Generating meaning to people's lives through holistic support and Preaching the Gospel of truth to everyone,with out any segregation
OBJECTIVES
1)Emphasizing bible teachings about how one can enter the kingdom of God
2) Promoting oneness in all people so that we all live in peace and harmony
3) Empowering the underprivileged( women,Youths,and disabled) to live the least dependent lives
4) Provide relief and charitable services to vulnerable groups of people
5. To preach the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ in accordance with His command in Matthew 28: 19 – 20. This will be achieved through evangelistic meetings like Bible studies, church services, public crusades, house to house out reach,Use of Radio Stations, national and International conferences, showing gospel films, Christian literatures to every one,everywhere in the world.
6. To establish programs and projects aimed at uplifting the standards of human life within the community including building schools, colleges, health centers and other related programs.
7. To work together with all people without discrimination based on race, color, tribe, sex, language or profession as long as they love and believe in Christ as our lord and savior.
8. To hold Christian art concerts in the area of music, dance and drama for ministering the gospel of the kingdom for the glory of God.
9. To hold workshops and special meetings for special groups like the youth, women and men,professionals with the aim of encouraging and equipping them to live meaningful lives in all areas of life.
10.To sensitize the youths and community as a whole about AIDS through AIDS awareness educational programs, workshops and provide counseling to those already infected with the disease / Aids.
11. To receive and host National and International visitors / friends with a Divine welcome making them feel at home while visiting the ministry and touring them to places of interest of their own choices.
12. To apply and accept grants, support, donations, gifts from any International body, other NGOs, public organizations, Companies, Corporations or from any person with a view of promoting the objectives of the Ministry.
13.To develop into people a sense of self reliance by promoting hard work,collaboration with others into unions, mobilizing available resources and effectively using them.

1) TINFS-CARE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REHABILITATION CENTRE.

This will employ qualified specialist medical staff to form a rehabilitation team for physical and mental disability. To serve teaching people how to live healthy lives, and promoting the use of food supplements and natural health products to combat chronic diseases that have claimed many people’s lives as well as crippling others.
2) TINFS-CARE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION CENTRE

This will provide IT services to people to improve people’s use of the computer and Internet to enrich their knowledge base. Some have all they need but they are not comfortable with it, or not satisfied as yet. They need to be brought to proper orientation. Other people do not have where to start to bring some meaning into their lives, and need visible/physical help so as to get a foundation to build on. TINFSCARE is a useful agent to help all these people realize meaning of life. This will also run all the websites on ning and neeetz and any other social site where TINFSCARE is compatible in order to promote Christian net-workers in the online community.
We do not have to sit leg crossed as If we have accomplished everything!
Even if there lots of limitations;I believe at least there is the least I can,at least,..to think!
Our Creator is one;the only true God the Almighty. This means that we are brothers and sisters despite whatever seems to let us think we are different.I am always made to think probably people are interested in other things other than what The Lord wants us to be and have.Loving God with all your heart,mind,soul,strength....and Loving your neighbor as your self!
I Just believe that God's purpose was for all men to live together in peace and harmony;But How is the world today?
Since the creation of the universe and Our great ancestors;There was a plan from the Creator.We sinned,we have gone astray but Our Creator still had his great Love for us.He had to send Christ into the world to show us the way on how to live together.He lived like man.He encountered what we encounter in life.And finally he died so that all men should not perish(for the wages of sin is death...) but have eternal life....but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ)
This means that everyone has his price paid for!
The only remaining task is for all men to believe that Christ is the Saviour.To call on his name to be saved...For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Then I had to think of the means to let this known to everyone because many people are unaware!They are lost!Lost in many things-Including religion(which is defined as Man's attempt to respond to his desire to find some type of meaningful,and possibly intimate relationship with a supreme being as he seeks to find some reasonable meaning to life!)
we all want good meaning to life,and to be well.This caused me to think That this is a very great idea and may meet reality at one time.
So far God has done great work using T.I.N.F.S Care Worship Band,Our Ministering group that is carrying on the vision for the Network.
I know very well that you understand what I longed for.I am not against any religion,But religions have separated us;created a big barrier to Understand this supreme being(God)and ending up confusing many.
Can we preach the gospel Of One God and one Saviour Jesus Christ and leave all about the other hidden intentions in religions(Intentions....which I may not even know as per now!)
That's why T.I.N.F.S is interdenominational.To wipe out the divisionism.
You are welcome to build this dream together with me;so that it does not remain a dream!It has to become a reality.We have to let the truth come out.We need to prepare wisely;lest we find our selves lost,out of the way(Jesus!!!)
