This is a Co-operative. And they had their doors open for less than 2 weeks last January. They were looking for 10,000 member/shareholders for their LiberatorOne project.
It's like an Endowment/Annuity. They thought that it would take them 3 - 4 months to get the member count. To their surprise. they got over 10,000 sign ups in less then 2 weeks.
And I have to say if people learned of it sooner, it would have only taken 1 week or less! I went to bed one night when the number count was 6000 and when I woke up that morning it was CLOSED! They had their count.
The reason they will open for 24 hours is to make sure they have enough members WHO PURCHASE ( but still not today..just get IN now ) to make up the 10,000 member/shareholders.

When you sign up, you will establish a Transaction code..
Similar in importance to a Debit Card pincode #. NOTE: the Transaction Code
Compose a code of at least 5 digits
The transaction code is used to control money inside your account.
Think of it like a pin code on your Debit /Credit card. If you move money out of your account for whatever reason, you need to confirm your instructions to the website security system, that it is you giving the instructions and no one else.
